​Dr. Navin Kumar Sharma holds  a PhD from Cambridge. He is a Fellow of Cambridge Commonwealth Society and a Senior Fellow at World Agroforestry Centre. At present he is Dean Research – TDU Bangalore. He has been a researcher and worked at Corporate, UN and in academia and holds an illustrious career.

Dr. Navin Kumar Sharma has been a father to two sons with Autism, he aspires s to bring in his knowledge of Science and apply that to the areas which need to be explored in the field of Autism.

He is the president of The Serrendip.

Dr. Rajiv Khatri

Dr Rajiv Khatri is the Director of Global Nature Care Sangathan’s Group of Institutions, Faculty of Engineering & Management, Jabalpur M.P.

His Ph. D topic was “Assessment of Liquefaction Vulnerability of Soil Strata’s using Vertical Electrical Coring Technique – A Case Study of North Western Part of Jabalpur Urban Areas”

He has several publications to his credit in the field of engineering in India and abroad. He has organized several National and International Conferences as a Team Leader and Patron.

He has more than 25 years of experience – of which Seventeen years is in teaching; about one year in research (National Council for Cement & Building Materials, Ballabhgarh) and the rest in the field of Civil Engineering.

Dr. Khatri has excelled in the fields of education, academia and industry concurrently.

He is an executive member of “Triveni Spastic Society, Jabalpur”.

Mrs. Kavita Sharma

Kavita Sharma is presently the Vice President (North) of Autism Society of India; she has been a mother of two sons with Autism Spectrum Disorders; while recognizing the need of parent training, she trained herself to become a special educator and since then she has been actively involved with organizations like Spastics Society of Karnataka, KPAMRC, Bangalore in various capacities.
She is the Founder Director of Project – ‘PRAYAS’, a computer and iPad Training Center for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

​She specialize​s​ in ​p​re vocational and ​v​ocational ​p​rograms for individuals with Autism and related disorders​, providing training in areas of Communication / Learning Strategies for parents and teachers​.​
​She has developed an innovative training programme for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders through Computers and iPad which leads to effective early intervention and caters to the skills related to employability, freely available as an on line educational resource at www.learn4autism.com​.

She is presently the secretary of The Serrendip and intends to continue her services.​​​

Dr. Madhulika Mishra Tripathi

डॉ मधूलिका मिश्रा त्रिपाठी ने वनस्पति शास्त्र की विधा Ethnobiology में पी एच डी प्राप्त की है।

उनकी रुचियाँ  –

◆कला की लगभग हर विधा में । विशेषकर वक्तव्य, रचनात्मक लेखन, कविता लेखन, नृत्य, गायन, रेखाचित्र बनाना

◆प्रकृति के सानिध्य में शांत और भीड़भाड़ रहित जगहों पर पर्यटन भी विशेष रूप से पसन्द है।

◆पशुओं से विशेष लगाव है, क्योंकि कहीं न कहीं वो अबोध शिशुओं जैसे लगते हैं। निश्चल और स्नेह की भाषा का प्रतिउत्तर उसी माध्यम से देने वाले।

उनका उद्देश्य-

यूँ तो एक मानव का जीवन जीना ही एक सबसे बड़ी चुनौती होती है। मानवीय गुण /संवेदना हमारे लिए ताकत भी बन सकते और कमजोरी भी। कुछ साल पहले तक मैं अपने नाम को जाना -पहचाना लोकप्रिय बनाने की सोच के साथ आगे बढ़ रही थी। पर जीवन में कुछ नए रिश्ते जुड़ते हुए ऐसा अनुभव हुआ कि उसने मुझे विशेष कहे जाने बच्चों के लिए समाज में कुछ  बेहतर दिशा और दशा बनाने की सोच दी। एक विशेष बच्चे की माँ के रूप में न सिर्फ इस विषय के लिए समाज मे जागरूकता बल्कि बच्चों को उनकी समस्या से यथासम्भव निजात दिलाना अब मेरा कर्तव्य और प्रतिबद्धता दोनों है। एक इंसान के रूप में उन्हें समाज का अहम हिस्सा के रूप में जीने का अधिकार दिलाना ही अब जीवन का एकमात्र उद्देश्य है।

दि सरेंडिप की टीम कर साथ जुड़ने से मेरी सोच को नया आयाम मिला और काम करने के लिए एक सही दिशा भी। मैं विश्वास दिलाती हूँ कि इसका हिस्सा बनकर मैं इसकी सोच जो सार्थक बनाने के लिए सदा तत्पर रहूँगी।

Mr. Ekansh Saxena is presently working in Indian Railways. He has one son who is on the spectrum of Autism. Doctors had declared sign of mild mental retardation but he didn’t believe in prediction and tried a lot to cure and now due to full support of his wife Mrs. Amita and firm determination in God today his son has come out from all signs and do his daily routine work as a normal child as study, playing all games etc.

Ekansh thinks that early intervention and dedication is the main key to keep your child healthy. He also wants to support such types of children to lead normal life.

Mrs. Roshani Singh

Mrs. Roshani Singh, mother to a 13-year-old daughter on the Autism Spectrum is presently working in Delhi Public School, Jabalpur, she is a classical dance teacher with vast experience.

She believes in experimenting such methods for the children with special needs. Through her efforts, she wants to make a useful contribution to the society.

She is an M. Com and MBA in Human Resources from Punjab Technical University. She is also Masters in Kathak dance, a gold medallist (University Topper batch 2017) Raja Mann Singh Tomar University Gwalior (MP.)

Dr. Divya Sharma

Dr. Divya Sharma is an accomplished academic with a PhD in Plant Science, boasting a robust portfolio of research publications and book chapters. Her extensive teaching experience spans both traditional university settings and modern edtech platforms like Vedantu and Unacademy. Currently, she serves at Rani Durgavati University, contributing significantly to the field of education.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Sharma is a dedicated mother of two sons. Her elder son, who is 11 years old and on the Autism Spectrum Disorder, is growing into an independent young boy with a strong command of computers. This progress has been made possible through the unwavering support of her husband and family.

Dr. Sharma firmly believes that every life is precious and, when provided with the right circumstances, can bloom to its full capacity. Her journey as both a scholar and a mother gives her a unique perspective on the challenges and triumphs faced by families navigating the complexities of autism.
